Chartered on April 24, 1920, Local 803 has been the leader in installing, operating and maintaining quality plumbing and pipefitting in central Florida. We have been instrumental in building and maintaining many different industries. Having an enormous impact on Central Florida’s skyline, Local 803 members have worked on such projects as the Magic Kingdom Resort, Epcot Resort, Darden Restaurants Main Office Complex, VA Hospital at Lake Nona and many more. We have been and still are leaders in the installation, operation and maintenance of the plumbing, pipefitting, and HVAC industry.
Our motto, “We do it right the first time” is a value we hold to be true in our professional and personal lives. We are proud that many of our members have been a very active part in helping to not only shape the skyline of Central Florida, but the youth as well. Many of our members have been leaders in their community by donating their time and money to help out such organizations as the Boy Scouts, youth sports programs, Frontline Outreach, the Ronald McDonald House and many other charitable organizations.
We are very proud of where we have been and are even more excited about where we are going.
