Effective January 1st 2027, if you AND your spouse have not submitted your wellness exam form by the end of 2026, your health insurance deductible will increase from $500 to $2500.

If you would like to confirm your status or have additional questions, please call My Benefits Administrator at 407.220.0645.

If you and your spouse participated in the wellness checks at the hall and/or picnic, those will be counted towards your 2026 wellness exams.
